VepoClean exercises reasonable care while providing services and maintains internal procedures requiring all team members to report any accidents or incidents immediately. Any claim for loss or damage must be reported to VepoClean in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion. Claims reported after this period will be automatically denied without exception.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

VepoClean reserves the right to inspect, investigate, and determine responsibility for any reported damage, including conducting interviews and reviewing documentation or other evidence. If there is no reasonable or evidence-based basis to conclude that VepoClean caused the damage, the claim will be denied.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Clients are solely responsible for securing or removing all fragile, high-value, sentimental, or delicate items prior to service. VepoClean shall not be responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or that were unstable, improperly installed, or subject to normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

If VepoClean is determined to be responsible for damage, liability shall be limited to repair or replacement at VepoClean\u2019s sole discretion and shall not exceed the cost of one (1) cleaning visit. VepoClean reserves the exclusive right to select the method of remediation and to obtain its own repair or replacement estimates. Refusal to allow inspection or remediation may result in denial of the claim.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Because our daily schedule and commitments vary, we cannot guarantee the specific time of your appointment on your scheduled cleaning day. Your home will be serviced on a scheduled cleaning day from the hours of 8:30am \u2013 5:30pm.<\/p>

The Client understands and agrees that although VepoClean may send a notification of a scheduled ETA a day prior, unforeseen circumstances may affect said ETA and VepoClean might arrive to Client\u2019s appointment within a 2-hour window. VepoClean will make best effort to communicate any changes to Client as they arise.<\/p>

Furthermore, staffing your service is up to VepoClean discretion and is contingent on employee availability.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

By choosing one of our periodic plans at booking, Client\u00a0automatically confirms all future appointments<\/b> that correspond to chosen cycle, starting with the initial appointment. Plan cycles are as follows:<\/p>

  • Weekly \u2013 every 7 days<\/li>
  • Bi-Weekly \u2013 every 14 days<\/li>
  • Monthly \u2013 every 28 days<\/li><\/ul>

    Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time. Any individual appointment rescheduling or cancellation must adhere to cancellation\/rescheduling policy below.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    We understand that there are times when you might need to cancel, reschedule, or change your cleaning appointment. We ask that you give us 24 business hours advance notice to cancel, reschedule or change your appointment.<\/p>

    *Due to the high demand for our services, if you cancel, reschedule or change your appointment the same day as your scheduled service, you will be responsible for the full amount of the cleaning.<\/p>

    **If you cancel, reschedule or change your appointment\u00a0after 5pm the day prior of your scheduled appointment<\/b>, you will incur a $45 late fee.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

    ***If you cancel, reschedule, or are unable to provide access to your home\u00a0the day of your scheduled appointment<\/span>,\u00a0client will be responsible for paying the\u00a0<\/span>full amount\u00a0<\/span>of the cleaning<\/span>.\u00a0<\/p>

    ****If VepoClean Home cleaning consultant arrives at a scheduled cleaning appointment and is unable to gain access to the home the client will be responsible for paying the <\/span>full amount\u00a0<\/b>of the cleaning.<\/span><\/p>

    *****If VepoClean Home cleaning consultant arrives at a scheduled cleaning appointment and is unable to gain access to the home and will have to wait for the Client to arrive to provide entry, the waiting time will be added to the billable time of the cleaning.<\/span><\/p>

    Invoices for scheduled services will be processed in full one (1) day prior to the appointment date<\/span><\/strong>.<\/b> This ensures efficient planning and guarantees the appointment slot. Should the Client request any additional services<\/span><\/strong> at the time of service or if additional time is required<\/span><\/strong> to complete the job, the remaining balance will be charged on the day of the service<\/span><\/strong>. The Client authorizes VepoClean to process these additional charges using the payment method on file.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    VepoClean only accepts payment via credit card. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.<\/p>

    The client authorizes VepoClean to pre-bill the full one day prior to the cleaning visit on the credit card that has been provided by the client.<\/strong>\u00a0 In the event any balance is remaining following the service appointment, the client has authorized VepoClean to bill the remaining balance on same or following day after the cleaning visit.<\/strong><\/p>

    The client understands that credit card payments are processed one day prior to their scheduled cleaning appointment. Should VepoClean not be able to process a client\u2019s credit card payment one day prior to the day of the cleaning, the client\u2019s account will be subject to a $15.00 late payment fee.<\/p>

    Individual rates may vary from the advertised base rates based on several factors such as location, home\u2019s layout, amount of clutter, and the time it takes to complete the job.\u00a0 Should we use cleaning time to calculate your rate, time will be rounded up to 15-minute interval.<\/p>

    Should VepoClean not be able to obtain credit card information at least 48 hours prior to scheduled cleaning, VepoClean reserves the right to cancel service without notice.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    While we\u2019re happy to help our clients with laundry, we\u2019re only capable to spend time on laundry commensurate with the time spent on your apartment cleaning.\u00a0A maximum of one (1) load will be washed, dried, and folded for clothes or one (1) load of bed sheets and linens will be washed and dressed on bed during any regular cleaning.<\/b><\/p>

    Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of this service, VepoClean Home does not assume responsibility for any laundry damages. As a precaution, we advise that you presort your laundry and that you do not include delicate or dry clean only items in your laundry bags. By providing only sheets and towels for this service this drastically reduces the possibility for laundry damages.<\/p>

    Additionally, the client understands that laundry services will add an additional charge. We require that you provide all laundry detergent. Please leave presorted laundry and all laundry supplies in a clearly visible area.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    To make our service even more amazing and to ensure your full satisfaction with our high quality standards, we may have our Quality Control Manager visit your home while our Team is on site.<\/p>

    You agree to provide access to our Quality Control Manager should she\/he visit your home while your cleaning session is in progress. Quality Control visits usually last anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tVALUE PLANS<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t
    • 28-day cycle. Includes one full cleaning session per cycle and three short sessions limited to 1 hour each.<\/li>
    • Fees are charged monthly at the beginning of 28-day cycle<\/li>
    • Sessions can be re-scheduled within any given cycle, but can not be rolled over.<\/li>
    • Strict 24-hour rescheduling policy applies. No exceptions. Session will be lost if notice is provided after 5pm the day before scheduled session.<\/li>
    • No refund or credit for lost or cancelled sessions.<\/li>
    • Add-on services are applicable to full length sessions only.<\/li><\/ul>

      Touch-up (short) sessions are limited to one hour and generally include the following tasks:<\/p>

      • Wash dishes & empty dish washer (time permitting)<\/li>
      • Make beds<\/li>
      • Take out garbage<\/li>
      • Rainbow and mop all floors<\/li>
      • Basic dusting (time permitting)<\/li>
      • Basic wipe down of kitchen and bathroom cabinets (time permitting)<\/li><\/ul>

        * If any of the above are not completed or not completed to your satisfaction, further tailoring of your Value Plan to increase session time may be considered.<\/p>

        Short sessions do NOT include the following:<\/p>

        • Folding services<\/li>
        • Scrubbing tiles, toilets, tubs<\/li>
        • Changing linens<\/li>
        • Detailing kitchen, bathrooms and their accessories<\/li><\/ul>

          Because short sessions are touch-up sessions, they are not meant to produce same results as full monthly cleanings; hence, our team is not responsible for any imperfections or omissions following short sessions. \u00a0Should you wish to expand the range of services during your short sessions by increasing its longevity, please contact us via email.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          Unless indicated otherwise, we will clean every area in your home according to the following list, to the best of our ability. Exceptions and special instructions are indicated below the service list.<\/p>

            Kitchen<\/p>

            • Clean Floors<\/li>

            • Clean counters, sinks\/stovetops, tables & small appliances<\/li>
            • Wipe down face of dishwasher, refrigerator, oven doors<\/li>
            • Clean microwave inside and out<\/li>
            • Wipe down cabinets (outside only)<\/li>
            • Wipe down doors, frames, window frames, light fixtures, vents, fans, & baseboards, as needed<\/li>
            • Spot clean walls, as needed<\/li><\/ul>

              Bathroom<\/p>

              • Thoroughly clean counters, toilets, sinks & bathtub\/shower<\/li>
              • Clean floors<\/li>
              • Wipe down cabinets (outside only)<\/li>
              • Wipe down doors, frames, window frames, light fixtures (with step stool provided), vents, fans, & baseboards, as needed<\/li>
              • Spot clean walls as needed<\/li><\/ul>
                We reserve the right to take pictures inside your space for documentation purposes, as for example, pictures of pre-existing property damage.\u00a0 Before and after pictures and pictures of inside your appliances may be taken for the purposes of making you aware that they may need proper cleaning.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                As it is our goal to always provide our clients with outstanding service, due to the safety of our cleaning consultants and the utmost concern of your delicate items, we cannot provide the following services:<\/p>

                • Moving of any bulky furniture<\/li>
                • Cleaning delicate items or spaces (Team members reserve to decide on what they consider delicate or high-risk items)<\/li>
                • Lifting or moving of heavy items<\/li>
                • Cleaning homes that have been infested with bed bugs<\/li>
                • Cleaning large areas of floors by hand<\/li>
                • Use of ladders higher than 3 feet<\/li>
                • Cleaning of cat litter boxes<\/li>
                • Handling of pet feces<\/li>
                • Cleaning of fireplaces<\/li>
                • Hand washing clothes<\/li>
                • Providing laundry services when the laundry facilities are not located inside your building<\/li>
                • Cleaning outside of windows that do not flip forward<\/li>
                • Cleaning outside of larger than standard size windows. Standard size windows are 40\u2033W x 60\u2033H<\/li>
                • Stepping on kitchen counters to clean the top of cabinets<\/li>
                • Reorganizing clothing closets. We only clean the bottom of closet floors<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Per your request, we will gladly provide some of the above services, if possible.                   VepoClean Home cleaning consultants arrive equipped with all cleaning products and tools manufactured by eco-friendly, socially responsible companies. We require that you supply laundry detergent, if we perform laundry service, and\/or if you would like to use any product that you prefer, we would be happy to do so, as per your instruction.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                    In the event an VepoClean Home employee cannot clean your home due to extreme weather conditions, although we are unable to issue a refund we will gladly reschedule your appointment to the next available cleaning day.                     Employee safety is important to us. We require our employees to wear shoes at all times, refrain from climbing ladders other than our step stool, or lift objects weighting more than 20 pounds. We do not clean bodily fluids, pet accidents or any other substances that may pose a health or safety hazard to our employees. VepoClean Home reserves the right to remove an employee from a job site at any time if safety is of concern or if integrity is in question.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                    We understand that window cleaning can be a very important part of having a thorough cleaning. Window cleaning is not a typical daily cleaning task and is considered an add-on service. Windows can often become jammed and very hard to open. Hard to open windows can be very dangerous for our cleaning consultants. To assist in our employee\u2019s safety we ask that you examine your windows prior to a window cleaning to ensure that your windows can be easily opened. As old and jammed windows can easily come off track or be damaged when performing inside and out window cleanings, VepoClean Home does not take responsibility for windows damaged during window cleaning services.\u00a0<\/p>

                    We also ask that you open your window blinds or curtains to allow our team easy access to windows.\u00a0 Oftentimes, window blinds are extremely sensitive to even gentle touch and have a tendency to be damaged or fall off.\u00a0 In the event VepoClean Home is forced to handle your window blinds or curtains to gain access to your windows or to clean your blinds, VepoClean does not take responsibility for any related damages.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                    We proudly stand behind our work. Should you have any comments regarding your cleaning, please call us within 24 hours after the end of your cleaning appointment. If there are areas that you feel we have overlooked, we ask that you do not clean those areas yourself, as we will have someone report to your home within 24 hours to re-clean the areas of concern.                     Should there be any concerns or dissatisfaction with the quality of our work, we are dedicated to addressing and rectifying the issue until you are completely content with the results.                     All sales are deemed final, specifically pertaining to services already rendered and in adherence to our Terms of Service. By engaging our services, the Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks for transactions conducted with VepoClean. This clause serves as a mutual agreement that no chargebacks will be requested, emphasizing the irrevocable nature of all completed transactions.                     To the fullest extent permitted by Law, the VepoClean Client signing this agreement or any other individual directly or indirectly connected to VepoClean Client signing this agreement and VepoClean Home Cleaning Services agree that this agreement specifically excludes and holds harmless the property manager, owner, investor, their officials, officers, employees, and volunteers or any other party in any way directly or indirectly connected to the property and\/or building where cleaning service is provided hereunder, against all injuries, deaths, damage to property, loss, damages, claims, suits, liens, lien rights, liabilities, judgments, costs and expenses, which may in any way arise directly or indirectly from 1) the cleaning services and\/or any other work provided hereunder; 2) any acts and\/or emissions of or on behalf of VepoClean, its employees of any tier, suppliers, and\/or agents; and\/or 3) any breach or default under this agreement by VepoClean. VepoClean Client signing this agreement or any other individual directly or indirectly connected to VepoClean Client signing this agreement further agrees that he\/she shall not attempt to hold property manager, owner, investor, their officials, officers, employees, and volunteers or any other party in any way directly or indirectly connected to the property and\/or building where cleaning service is provided hereunder liable for any and all claims arising from this agreement.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
